We were a little nervous about how our daughter would do with her first exam since she is Autistic and very light sensitive. We talked to her about what would happen prior to her appointment. However, everyone did an amazing job at making her feel very comfortable and explaining every part of the exam. Going into the eye doctor with multiple kids can be a crazy task, but Jones Family Eyecare always makes this go so well! The doctor is thorough, friendly, and explains things so well. Getting fitted for glasses has turned into a fun experience. I highly recommend these doctors! -AM

I was very impressed with my visit at Jones Family Eye clinic. The receptionist/technician was friendly and explained what she was doing as she took pictures of my eyes. I saw Dr. Allison Jones after the pictures. She too was friendly and very patient and detailed as she explained what we were looking at. She was empathetic and encouraging as she gave recommendations as to next steps. I felt assured and comfortable about the status of my eye health. I felt confident that I could call back if any questions or concerns would come up between my visit at Jones until the next step in treatment plan. I feel that I am in good hands. -JH
My 3 year old son had a problem with his eye. I called Jones Family Eyecare in Hartford, they had him in with the doctor within 15 minutes of the phone call. Very friendly and courteous staff. -MO
I’m glad I decided to go local and choose Jones Family Eye Care. Caring and knowledgeable, the doctor found a problem with my eyes and referred me to an ophthalmologist to get treated. It was months before I could get back to get fitted for glasses, and they deferred my prior charge. Who does that? Hard to choose from all of the beautiful frames! The staff here obviously care about everyone that walks in the door, and love what they do. First rate service, big smiles and care all round. Excellent for children. Brought my 10yr old here for the first time yesterday after going to other eye care places since she was 3, and honestly I wish I’d been bringing her to Jones Family Eyecare for years. From the first phone call, they worked with my insurance to get the yearly appointment brought forward, which was fantastic and saved us $$$. The moment we walked in for the appointment, staff made us feel welcome and took care of pre-checkups quickly. The actual appointment was excellent, efficient and Dr. Allison Jones was wonderful with my daughter. The equipment they have available at Jones Family Eyecare is tip top, no manual flipping of lenses here, the machine does that from the computer. In a nutshell, couldn’t be happier and we’ll be back for sure. -AH

I really have enjoyed Jones Family Eyecare. Dr. Allison and Dr. David have been really great to us. They have always went above and beyond. They are so good with my girls and I. The staff and office setting are both professional as well as fun! Staff are very knowledgeable about my vision insurance. Dr. David’s examination was thorough and my questions were answered with confidence. He also performed an initial vision exam for my 7 year old daughter, and she was made to feel at ease throughout the process. Thank you Jones Family Eyecare! – SF
